Shipping policy

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipments are processed from Monday to Friday between 9AM - 5PM EST. Any orders placed after 2PM EST, will be processed the following day. We work hard to deliver your products as quickly as possible. Most customers receive their order within 3-5 business days of placing their order, depending on the remoteness of the location. We do not currently ship internationally or to military bases.

SHIPPING COST

If your order is over $75 CAD, you qualify for free shipping. For all orders under $75 CAD, we charge a flat rate shipping fee of $8.00 CAD. Shipping couriers may vary between FedEx, Canada Post, UPS, and others, based on location and the dimensions of your package.

TRACKING AND SHIPPING DELAYS

You can track your package at any time by clicking the link within your shipping confirmation email. If your shipment comes in multiple boxes, you’ll be provided with multiple tracking numbers. Please note that it can take up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available by the assigned carrier. Make sure to follow the tracking instructions to access your delivery information. Depending on the carrier, your shipment may be left at your door or be brought to a designated pick-up location.

Please wait 2 days after tracking shows as “delivered” prior to contacting us with any shipping concerns. Note: we’re not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carriers.

CARRIERS

At Wilder Harrier, we strive to provide our customers with the best shipping experience. We select the most reliable carriers with a proven track record of delivering packages in a timely and safe manner, at the best rates for our customers. Unfortunately, we’re unable to assign specific carriers to customers as this can cause delays in the delivery process.

UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

Orders are usually shipped directly to the address and we do not require a signature. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please let us know if you will be present for the delivery of your package. If not, please inform us if you accept that it be left at your door or provide any other instructions. We cannot be held responsible for returned packages if these details have not been communicated to us. Additional fees may apply. If you are not there to claim the package, it will be available at your closest post office. If it isn’t, please contact us at [email protected]
