Where you will make a difference:

  • Experiment with radically innovative and bold potential new products at our partner R&D facility 
  • Develop and implement new product launches from concept to commercialization through a strong understanding of our customers, market and trends
  • Ensure new products adhere to regulatory & legal requirements, and help identify areas for intellectual property potential
  • Conduct appropriate testing, gather and analyze data, and develop recommendations based on findings
  • Assist in packaging innovation
  • Specification development and accuracy
  • Working with suppliers to update specifications
  • Identify issues with shelf life and ensure food safety and quality requirements are met
  • Bring vision and inspire customers
  • Help build a company that will revolutionize the food industry globally

 

What you have:

  • Grit
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience
  • Education in Food Engineering/Science or equivalent
  • Strong understanding and experience in product development process
  • Strong organizational and team player skills
  • Driven to stay focused, diligent, and keep a cool head under pressure
  • Strong bias for action
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and ambiguous environment
  • Ability to forecast trends and new ingredients introductions
  • Great understanding of sustainable development concepts
  • Not afraid to propose and defend uncommon and bold ideas within the team
  • Curiosity and openness to diverse fields of interests
  • Aptitude to learn by testing and experimenting
