Where you will make a difference:

  • Plan and execute strategies to drive online traffic to our website
  • Help write the playbook for growth across all acquisition channels - strategy, execution, reporting and analysis
  • Drive customer retention through e-mail marketing, cart abandonment, customer cohort tracking and other strategies
  • Vet and test emerging acquisition opportunities, including new channels, targeting, audiences, creative, messaging, etc.
  • Own all acquisition KPIs (CPA, ROAS, etc.) and optimize future initiatives based on these insights
  • Track conversion rates and work with the design and programming team to make improvements to UX, UI, design and content
  • Own paid marketing spend and budgeting across channels.
  • Lead weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting on acquisition efforts, keeping marketing and cross-functional teams up to speed on performance
  • Evaluate market conditions and benchmark against competitor data
  • Bring vision and inspire customers
  • Help build a company that will revolutionize the food industry globally

 

What you have:

  • Grit
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience
  • Education in marketing, computer science or related field
  • Knowledge of and experience with SEO, website analytics tools, PPC campaigns, display ads, retargeting, email marketing automations/campaigns, social media ads, audiences, affiliates
  • Knowledge of programming language (HTML/CSS/Javascript/Liquid/SCSS) is considered an asset
  • Keen visual aesthetic - some graphic design skills and knowledge of Photoshop is considered an asset
  • Budget management experience
  • Genuine interest and vision for how consumer brands acquire customers online and offline
  • Good Excel skills
  • Strategic and analytical mindset with a practical approach
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and team player skills
  • Driven to stay focused, diligent, and keep a cool head under pressure
