Where you will make a difference:

  • Assist in development of and implement strategic sales plans to meet objectives
  • Collaborate with senior leadership in setting strategies and OKRs for you and your team
  • Responsible for the recruitment, development, training and management of sales team
  • Assist in reviewing market analyses to determine customer needs and prices
  • Direct channel development activity and coordinate sales distribution
  • Advise and assist distributors and retailers concerning sales and purchase of Wilder Harrier lines
  • Meet quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Analyze sales statistics to formulate and assist distributors and retailers with promotion policy
  • Represent Wilder Harrier at trade association meetings to promote products
  • Delivers sales presentations to distributors and retailers
  • Meet with key clients, maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing sales
  • Assist other departments within organization to prepare marketing plans
  • Prepare periodic sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed expansion
  • Monitor and evaluate activities and products of competition
  • Review articles in trade publications to stay informed of industry developments
  • Assist in resolution of customer complaints regarding products
  • Bring vision and inspire customers
  • Help build a company that will revolutionize the food industry globally

 

What you have:

  • Grit
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience (experience in pet food a plus)
  • Strong organizational and team player skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and outgoing personality
  • Excellent communication skills both orally and in writing, and both French and English
  • Good presentation skills
  • Proficiency with CRM applications
  • Willingness to work outside of normal hours
  • Strong attention to details
  • Driven to stay focused, diligent, and keep a cool head under pressure
  • Strong bias for action, with entrepreneurial spirit
